We feel very confident about a quality of all our items and always offer our customers to try any electronics before you take it home. However, If you find item to be defective, you can return for an exchange on the original packaging within 10 days with a receipt, No Cash Back will be given if we can replace with the same item.
We place the return policy on the each slip so that each customer knows, upfront, that we give 10 days for refunds. After 10 to 30 days it becomes store credit
Anything after 30 days we do not offer any return or store credit.
Most companies in the liqudation, surplus and overstock business do not offer a return of any kind.
We want to be fair and straight with our customers, that is why we feel a return policy is important. We in the liqudation business do not have the ability to get credit back from the distributing wholesaler/vendors, as a typical retail store can.
IF YOU BUY AN ITEM THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU NEED OR YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER DOES NOT LIKE IT WE WORK WITH YOU, YOU CAN RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT WITH SOMETHING ELSE THAT SUITS YOUR NEEDS.
